We will call you and discuss what you are looking for in more detail. You will then receive a follow-up email describing our understanding of your requirements with a listing of deliverables. After your inspection and approval, we will prepare a detailed summary describing your requirements, products, and services to be delivered, timelines, and cost. Our cost breakdown will be by services and products, estimated time, and cost. Upon approval, we will send you a contract for your signature, payment information, and confirmation.

Services and Products: The detailed summary and contract on the services and products we propose and send you are the property of Crosby Consultants & Associates. They are to be used only by you as the client for the determination of acceptance of our services via a contract.

Onsite visits: Depending on the required deliverables you and/or we may require on-location visits, administer surveys, interviews, and periodic face to face meetings. The cost of these services and products will be incorporated into our detailed summary and contract.
